Cancellation & refunds

Subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe billing/subscription experience linked from Account Settings. Cancelling normally leaves paid access active through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Stripe Managed Payments provides transaction-level support and may handle refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Product-specific questions can be submitted through AniGame Simulator Bug Reports.

Changing from Pro to Basic changes the paid entitlement according to the effective Stripe subscription state. Clan membership and leadership are preserved; a leader without effective Pro access cannot use Pro leader functions until Pro access is restored or leadership is transferred.
